| A wonderful way to share your adoption story with your family and friends! Capture your day to day activities in pictures and journal while you are away! ADOPTION STORIES FROM ANY COUNTRY ARE WELCOME! Your complete story makes a beautiful keepsake on CD too! (CD's are an additonal fee). I offer my services to create and host your adoption trip on The Story Of You for a one time fee. Service fees listed below with several options! This service includes your Home Page and day to day journal/photos, which you provide to me through email. Your personal pages are decorated in adorable custom graphics made for The Story Of You by one of the following graphic artist: Karen of Daisy Dreams, Karen of Recycle Bin Graphics, Helena of Graphic Garden, Sally of My Treasured Country Graphics and Caroline of Cosmic Handmade Graphics. ~ Graphic Design Selection Samples - Click Here ~ WE DO ALL THE WORK! | Option #1 -- Complete Journey $200.00
(1 Home Page, pages to document your entire travel and 1 Home Update page.) (This is for any travel consisting of approximately 2 weeks, example: China/Thailand/Vietnam, or use for 2 one week trips to Guatemala -- but not limited to these countries) |
| 1. One page for your referral announcement/photo and links to your daily journal pages (Your Home Page). You may also include one photo of your family on this page if you wish. You decide the poems/verses and details added to decorate your story.
2. A journal/photos for each day you are away for your personal Story (weekend days will be combined as one page, Sat & Sun) (Gotcha Days are an exception and will be given it's own page, even if on a weekend). Each day you are allowed a journal describing your day and 5 photos. For the combined weekend post you are allowed a journal for each day and 3 photos per day or mix and match whichever you prefer). Everything is completely decorated with your choice of graphic scheme (see above), with each family given it's own unique look! Your family and friends can bookmark your individual home page to allow them quick access straight to your story or enter the main site through your link. 3. Also includes one final page for an update after you return home. 4. 1 video clip -- If you are able to send one small video clip - up to 6 MB of Gotcha Day I will add this to your Gotcha Day page. If you plan to send a clip please feel free to send a practice clip before you go. (Video clips should be sent in a separate email - playable with Windows Media Player or Real Player - edited by you to no more than 6 MB, please.) 5. Guestbook -- Currently we will NO longer offer guestbooks. Family/friends can easily email you through the provided email link. 6. You provide all journal entries/photo captions through email. The Timeline page consists of journaling only -- all updates should be given at the beginning of set up. (A Map may be included if you desire.) The Our Story Page consists of unlimited text to tell about your family and/or what led you to adoption and up to 6 photos. | Option #3 -- Journey Highlights $100.00 (This option is a great smaller package for those who do not have the time to post daily and would rather only post the highlights of their travel. This basically works out to posting every other day on a 2 week trip.) ( This would work for any country to highlight your trip. Especially those with shorter trips or an escorted child.) |

*POSTING SCHEDULE: YOUR UPDATES ARE ADDED DAILY to the site and also posted on the What's New Section. Weekends are posted at sporadic times as early as possible! Sundays are usually posted during the afternoon rather than early morning due to our church activities. *PASSWORD PROTECTION is available for your site. Please indicate on the return form if you desire password protection. *WORKS BEST IF YOU ARE TAKING a digital camera and laptop, but not a must! Most nice hotels have high speed Internet in the rooms or a business center. Many families have traveled without a laptop and did very well posting through Business Centers and Internet Cafes. *If for some reason you are unable to send photos/emails during your trip, please send all your journey photos/journaling after you have returned to be hosted anyway, to allow your friends and family to view your trip post travel. I will allow you up to 2 weeks to send this info, in order for you to get settled in. There will be no refund. *FINAL ENTRIES must be sent, including the Home Update within 60 days of your return. * JOURNEY EXPIRATION DATE: All journeys are hosted/online throughout your wait from whenever you join until 60 days after your return. I will continue to keep journeys online as long as I have space. Please be aware if space is unavailable journeys will be deleted as needed after 60 days of your adoption trip.
